Exminster Youth Club have a vacancy for a new Youth Worker, temporary in the first instance.
This represents a valuable and rewarding opportunity to work with young people, providing and overseeing activities for approximately 30 to 40 young people aged 11 to 14.
This currently runs on a Tuesday evening and would entail working with 2 other youth workers and a small team of volunteers. Hours of work will be 6.30pm to 9.00pm term time only. Rate of pay commensurate with age and experience.

Exminster Youth Club is a voluntary organisation governed by a management committee. We run a drop-in session at the Westbank on Tuesday evenings 7-8.45pm for school years 7- 9.
The sessions take place across two rooms; We offer a range of activities and equipment including indoor hockey, table tennis, pool, Wii console and ipod dock for music.
All of our staff are trained Youth workers and have current CRB checks. The aim is to provide a relaxed and sociable environment with a range of stimulating activities on offer in a safe location.
The cost is only £1.50 per session. Refreshments may be purchased during the session at an additional cost (optional).
