Yesterday, another groups of Exminster blokes ventured out on one of Tim's now infamous bike tours around the area. We laughed, we cried, and we broke the speed limit (only just!).
There are no specific requirements for joining the crew, other than being available on Monday evenings (8 - 9:30pm), having a bike and helmet, and a desire to get fit and find out a bit more about everyone else on the ride.
The above photo is about half-way round. There's a prize for anyone who can guess the name of the bloke leaning on the road sign!
If you'd like to join us, come down at just before 8pm on any Monday and we'll look forward to meeting you.

Well, nine blokes (yep, nine!) set off just after 8pm from the Coffee Shop on Monday and travelled from Exminster to Clapham, then the quay, along the canal towpath towards the Turf, then home.
It was a thoroughly enjoyable ride with lots of friendly banter and more than a few nasty hills.
If you fancy joining us, be at the Coffee Shop at 8pm next Monday!

Today we welcome a brand-new community group to the Exminster.net website - the Exminster Bike Blokes!
This intrepid band of chaps have formed a casual biking group and meet up every week to tour the local area, get fit and take the mickey out of each other at any opportunity.
So far, they've biked to Holden, Mamhead, Starcross and Dawlish Warren.
If you're interested in joining them (and, let's be honest, who wouldn't!) just drop Tim Pestridge a quick call or text to 07970 556035 and he'll be in touch with more details.
Currently, there is no fixed day for rides - Tim sends out a text to all interested blokes detailing the day for the ride each week. Rides start at 8pm outside the coffee shop, and end there around 9:30pm.
There is a serious side to the rides as well - some of the party are using the practice to prepare for the Force Cancer Charity 55 mile ride in June. More details about this ride can be found on their website.
