Notice of Annual General Meeting

Exminster Summer Playscheme

Notice is hereby given that the 2011 annual general meeting of the Exminster Summer Playscheme will be held at Exminster Golf Centre on 30th November 2011 at 8pm for the following purposes:
1. To receive the reports of the Chairman and Treasurer, and the accounts for the year ended 31st October 2011
2. To invite Sheppard Rockey & Williams as independent financial examiners until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting at which accounts are laid before the Committee.
3. To accept the resignation / standing down of the current Committee.
4. To welcome any new members to the Committee.
5. To set the date of the next Committee meeting.
