Affordable Homes at Milbury Reach, Exminster

There are two Housing Associations working with the developers at Milbury Reach; Aster Housing taking 54 homes (16 shared ownership and 38 rental properties) and Sanctuary Housing taking 50 Bloor Homes (15 shared ownership and 35 rental properties)
The first ten 1 and 2 bed flats for rent from Sanctuary Housing at Milbury Reach are virtually ready. They have been advertised today on Devon Home Choice www.devonhomechoice.com to those who have registered an interest. Bids will be limited to applicants with a local connection to the village and bidding closes on Monday 18th March.
Aster Housing is having a promotion event for their Shared Ownership scheme on Wednesday 27th March 2-6pm on site at the Linden sales office. Shared ownership information is available via www.southwesthomes.org.uk
