Exminster Annual Parish Meeting

Monday 19th March, 7.30pm at the Victory Hall

The Annual Parish meeting for Exminster will be held at the Victory Hall on Monday 19th March 2012, commencing at 7.30pm. You are warmly invited to attend.

The Annual Parish Meeting is very much a community meeting and an ideal opportunity for all residents to come along and discover what has been happening in our village over the past 12 months.

This year we are inviting a representative of the RSPB to come along and give a talk of local interest.

If you or another member of your group would like to provide a display to showcase the activities or achievements of your group can you please let me know by Monday 5th March so that I can arrange for a display board or table to be available to you on the night.
