Dear Councillor

Further to my e-mail back in December 2011 regarding the proposal to extend the 30mph speed limit in  Days-Pottles Lane, Exminster.

Devon County Council has since advertised the proposed Traffic Regulation Order for the above. The statutory consultation period has now expired and no objections have been received to the proposed Order.

As there have been no objections, we intend to progress to signing and sealing of the Traffic Regulation Order as soon as possible.
