Many of you will have heard of the proposals in the Teignbridge District Council 20 year plan to create 2500 new homes + associated infrastructure (including a new school) around the Devon Hotel (which is inside the Exminster Parish boundary).

There will be a public meeting next Wednesday 15th February 6.45–8pm in the Victory Hall, at which officers from Teignbridge District Council will be available to explain the strategy and answer any questions.
